Since, the gravitational force is the conservative force .Hence work done by it doesn't depend on path.

From the law of conservation,

mgh =1/2mv^2 +work done by friction

➙ work done by friction = mgh-1/2mv^2

=3×10×2-1/2×3×16

=60-24

=36j.
