Given : Lisa's salary is 60% more than Paul's salary.   Lisa got an increment of 30% on her salary  while Paul got an increment of 35% on his  salary.

To Find : By what percentage is Lisa's  incremented salary more than Paul's incremented salary

Solution:

Paul salary  = 100P

Lisa salary  = 100P + (60/100)100P = 160P

Lisa increment = (30/100)160P  = 48P

Lisa incremented Salary = 160P + 48P = 208P

Paul increment = (35/100)100P = 35P

Paul incremented  Salary= 100P + 35P = 135P

208P - 135P  =  73P

percentage is Lisa's  incremented salary more than Paul's (73P/135P) * 100

=  54.07 %

= 54 %

option C is correct
