Things which may be very good when only done sometimes, become harmful
when done too often and too much. This applies even to such good things as work and
rest. Some people form a bad habit of working too much, and others of idling too
much. The wise man always check any bad habits.
One of the most widely bad habit is the use of tobacco. It was brought to
Europe from America by Sir Walter Releigh centuries ago and has now spread every
where. It is extremely difficult to get rid of this habit.
Alcohol is taken in almost all cool and cold countries and a less extent in hot
harmful.
