An object of mass 50 g is moving around the
circumference of circle of radius 2 m with
constant angular speed 8 rad/s. Calculate -
(i) linear speed (ii) Force directed towards the

radius = linear speed/angular speed.

= 25/5

=5

centripetal Force =m*v^2/r

= 0.5* 25^ =6.25
