a) The major nitrogenous waste product in human beings is urea - mainly excreted as urine.

b) Urea is excreted from the blood circulation by ultra-filtration in the kidneys. It is this filtrate that forms urine which is then excreted via the urinary organs.

c) Dialysis is the process by which blood is purified by removal of toxins and wastes such as urea, excessive electrolytes, poisons, excessive drugs and salts. This is done by use of external, artificial kidney(a dialysis machine)
