Answer:

Forms are elements where input can be taken by a user. The method attribute has two values: get or post. Forms has a closing tag. In between these tags you can add as many as input elements as you want. Input element does not has an end tag. Input can be of any name and value as text , radio etc. The default value of input is text only.
