Dear sir,

                Hope this letter finds you well. It is stated that there are four reputed schools in your colony in proximity. In the morning and afternoon, there is a heavy traffic jam on the road which causes a lot of inconvenience to the

residents. This letter aims to bring to your kind attention the unimaginable nuisance that the people are facing around my school, due to the growing occurrences of traffic jams. With all due respect to them, I believe that the Police Department requests to pull up its socks to combat the threat of nuisance drivers who exaggerate the problem of traffic jams in our city.
