Last Monday, while going to school in the morning, I noticed an old lady sitting alone in a park, and I can see she was sad and on the verge of crying. I decided to spoke to the lady, so I approached her slowly and give her my handkerchief and ask her if she is alright? She sadly took my handkerchief and asked me to sit beside her. I sat down. She starts the conversation by saying thank you. I asked her if she needs any help. She said her son is in hospital and is in critical condition. He was a cancer patient. I got too emotional after listening to her story that I didn't notice that I have tears in my own eyes. She started crying hysterically. I didn't know what to do, so I just hugged her. She got surprised at first but later she got calm and steady and I tried to assure her everything would be alright. Once she stopped crying, she thanked me again and asked me to go to school and study well. That was one of the turning point of my life; at that point, I decided to be a surgeon and save as many lives as possible.
