Keep Flies Away

Though flies do not harm us directly by biting or stinging, they land on any dead animals, rotten food, manure and trash. These flies then come to our house and land on open food. When we eat that food, we are contracted with many diseases such as cholera, typhoid, dysentery, even leprosy. To avoid such situation we should keep our surroundings clean and neat. We should keep our yard free from animal waste, grass clippings and debris. Besides, we should keep trash cans covered tightly. In house fresh fruits, vegetables and cooked food should be covered so that flies won’t land on it to spread bacteria. Dirty plates should not be kept in the sink as the scent of food attracts flies.
