V = r w. [w is the angular velocity]
V = 0.015w
W = radians covered per unit time
Second hand covers
2(pi) radians in 1 minute
Therefore 2(pi)/60 radians in 1 second
Putting in earlier equation
V = (0.015)*2pi/60
V = pi/2000 m/s
Or pi/20 cm/s
