Q – 4 Find the solution using Euler’s formula. (06)
(1) If the number of vertices (V) is 6 and Edges (E) is 12 in a polyhedron, then find its number of
Faces(F).

Step-by-step explanation:

According to Euler's formula v+f-e=2

but 2+E-V= F

Vertices= 6

Edges= 12

Therefore 2+12-6=F

14-6=F

8=F

So no. of faces is F

Now if Euler's formula says V+F-E=2

Therefore

Let's check this,,

12+20-30=2

32-30=2

2=2

Its absolutely correct
