(1)  Demand curve slopes downward from left to  right.

Answer:

Demand curve slopes downward from left to right because of the law of diminishing marginal utility. According to this law, the utility/satisfaction of the consumer goes on decreasing with every additional consumption of the commodity and hence, the consumer will buy more goods only when the price decreases.

I Agree from this statement.

(2)  Price is the only determinant of demand.

Answer:

Price is the only determinant of demand. Substitute goods: A commodity will have elastic demand if there are good substitutes for it. This is because when price of a good rises, a consumer will not buy the good but purchase its substitute.

I Agree from this statement.

(3)  When price of Giffen goods fall, the demand for  it increases.

Answer:

It is quite rare and whether it really happens has a little uncertainty. But, it shows that there are two factors affecting demand price (substitution effect) and income. With a Giffen good, if rice continues to rise in prices, demand may eventually fall because the poor workers will not be able to even afford rice.

I Disagree from this statement.
