Answer:

sum of -2/7 and 3/14 = (-4+3)/14 =-1/14

sum of 11/14 and 15/42 = (33 + 15)/42 =48/42 =24/21

subtraction -

24/21 - (-1/14)

24/21 + 1/14

(48+3)/42 = 51/42 = 17/14 = ans
