Fitness is very essential for the growth and development of the body. We should do the exercise daily so that we should remain fit. We should eat the right foods and Portion Each Meal. No matter how bad our stomach is telling us to go for candy over healthy food, try to stay away from sweets. It is correct that we should study but just doing study is not good we should do the extra activities also like sports, Yoga etc for the better health. By doing physical activity or exercise, we can keep our body far from the diseases. Physical activity and exercise can have immediate and long-term health benefits. Most importantly, regular activity can improve quality of our life. By doing regular physical activity we can make our muscles and bones strong. We should never forget that by doing the yoga and meditation daily we can control our mind, body and soul.
