Question :

Q5) A Quadratic polynomial whose sum of the zeros is 2 and products is 1 is given by.

To find :

• The equation of Quadratic equation=?

Given :

\large\green\star{\rm{Sum= \dfrac{-b}{a}=2}}

\large\green\star{\rm{Product = \dfrac{c}{a} =1 }}

Formula :

  \large\blue  \bigstar \: \boxed{ \underline{ \bf{ {x}^{2}  - ( \alpha  +  \beta )x +  \alpha  \beta  = 0 \:  \:  \:  \: ......formation \: of \: quadratic \: equation}}}

Solution :

By using formation of Quadratic equation :

 \\  \implies \large \bf \:  {x}^{2}  - ( \alpha  +  \beta )x +  \alpha  \beta  = 0

  \\ \implies \large \bf \:  {x}^{2}  - (2)x + 1 = 0

 \\  \implies \large \bf \:  {x}^{2}  - 2x + 1 = 0

 \large \boxed{ \boxed{ \underline{ \bf{the \: quadratic \: equation \: will \: be \:   (a)  \mapsto{x}^{2}  - 2x + 1 = 0}}}}
