Respected Sir/Madam,
I the above addressee wish to bring to the notice of the concerned authority regarding the illegal cutting down if trees in my locality.
This is very wrong that people are cutting down trees and not planting any tree.Trees are very important to us but people are cutting trees. The people are cutting trees inspite of being warned to not cut the trees.I wish that you will take strict actions against them and put them behind the bars.
Despite repeated letters to the concerned authorities there is no improvement in this matter.Kindly do the needful.Thanking you.

Dear Sir/Mam ,
I hereby am writing this letter to bring under your notice that some people in our locality are cutting down trees illegally and creating a lot of nuisance . Trees are most important things in this world and they are cutting them ; that too illegally . A lot of noise and disturbance is being caused . They are not understanding that this will lead in groundwater depletion , no rains , loss of habitats and many more . If no action is taken for them ; it will be considered as a free act and many more such acts can be encountered .
We kindly ask you to look into the problem and take necessary actions .
