Our school plans to visit your factory and make our students get first hand knowledge of its working.

We, about 100 students in our school, intend visiting your sugar factory to see its working. Our two teachers will accompany us.

I request you to kindly give us permission to visit your factory. You will appreciate the need for this visit and grant us the permission. Please let us know the day and time of the visit.
