1: Vaccination - for all newborns, and for children and adults at intervals, depending on the incidence of each innocculable disease
2: Fortification of food and water: e,g. Flour: vitamin A, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pyridoxine, folic acid, iron and zinc. Water: Calcium fluoride
3: Fortification of fertilisers: where soils are deficient in minor elements, such as Zinc, Magnesium, Manganese, Molybdenum, Iodine, Vanadium, etc.
4: Compulsory sports and exercise times and classes at schools – both primary and secondary
5: Healthy diet cookery for school meals. Closing sugary soft drink and snack dispensing machines on school grounds.
6: Traffic-protected cycle lanes in towns, particularly within 1/2 mile of all schools etc.,
