GIVEN :-

Principal amount = Rs. 3200

Rate = 12%

Time = 2 year

TO FIND :-

Compound interest - S.I = ?

SOLUTION :-

Simple interest :-

= >3200×12×2/100 = Rs. 768

Compound interest :-

=  > p[ {(1 +  \frac{r}{100})}^{2}  - 1]  \\   \\ =  > 3200[ {(1 +  \frac{12}{100} )}^{2}  - 1]  \\  \\   =  > 3200[ {(1 +  \frac{3}{25} )}^{2}  - 1] \\  \\  =  > 3200[  { \frac{25 + 3}{25} )}^{2}  - 1]  \\  \\  =  > 814.08 \: rupees

So Compound interest - simple interest

=> 814.08 - 768 = 46.08 Rupees
