7x+6y=3800   ---(i)

3x+5y=1750   ---(ii)

21x+18y=11400   (iii)

subtracting (iv) from (iii) we get 

−17y=−850

⇒y=50

putting y=50 in (i)

7x+6y=3800

⇒7x+6×50=3800

⇒7x=3800−300

⇒x=500

Therefore the cost of each bat is Rs 500

and the cost of each ball is Rs 50
