To increase or decrease the friction there are only two method that work.

i) Incease or decrease the normal force acting on the body. ( Remember the increasing or decreasing weight may or may not be increase the normal force which responsible for increasing or decreasing friction force)

ii) To increase or decrease the value of u ( mue) which depend on following factor

ii) To increase or decrease the value of u ( mue) which depend on following factor Type of material used, humidity , whether condition ( in rainy season the probabilty of sleeping of tyres is more as compare to dry season).
