(1) The game came to an end.

(2) Prem is too poor to buy a smartphone.

(3) I am not afraid of you.

(4) He made the best painting.

  • In the first sentence, we should use ''an'' instead of ''a''. As we should use the " an" article before a, e, i, o, u letter words.

  • In the second sentence, We should not use the word "very". Instead of " very", we should use the word "too". (''too poor'' = lacking sufficient money. ''very poor'' = of a low or inferior standard or quality)

  • In the third sentence, we should use "of" Instead of "from". As it gives the proper meaning of the sentence.

  • In the fourth sentence, we should not use the word "very" before a superlative degree. We should use "very" before the positive degree.
