Explanation:

B's share in goodwill is 36,000.(1,08,000÷9×3=36,000)

so in favor of B , A and C will contribute in 5:3 that is A will give Rs. 22,500 and B will give Rs.13,500

[(A)36,000÷8×5=22,500]

[(B)36,000÷8×3=13,500]
