Yes, every work has its own dignity and only the one who works will eat the fruits of the labour. Different types of work have their own advantages and disadvantages. A person who works in that job must work hard, only then he will get better results. Each work has its own dignity. Every work is dependent on each other. Thus, if and only if we work properly, we get to  eat the fruits which we've got.
