Subject - Complaint against defective Colour Television.

Dear Sir,

This is regarding the Colour Television that I purchased from your showroom on 15 November 2020. The cash receipt number is 2004 and I paid Rs. 60,500.00 for the Television. The television is still within the warranty period.

The picture gets blurred every now and then. Even the sound has become defective. Sometimes, television gets switched off automatically. I had called up your showroom and registered a complaint, but unfortunately there has been no response till the date.

I would like an immediate replacement of the television. I would appreciate a prompt action as the television has already caused me great inconvenience.
