Let the tens digit be x.

Then units digit will be 9 - x

original number = 10(x) + 1(9 - x)

= 9x + 9

number formed by interchanging digits

= 10(9 - x) + 1(x)

= 90 - 9x

According to the question

(9x +9) - (90 - 9x) =27

9x + 9 - 90 + 9x = 27

18x - 81 = 27

18x = 108

x = 6

9 - x = 3

therefore,

the required two digit number is 63

there you go :)
