Voluntary action - Actions which are controlled by "the Cerebrum (Fore brain)" are called voluntary actions. Theses actions are slow actions which can regulate by muscles of the body. Playing game is an example of voluntary action.

Involuntary action - Actions that are controlled by "the Hind brain and the Spinal cord" are called Involuntary actions. These actions are fast and not regulate by muscles of our body. Breathing is an example of the Involuntary action.
