I am a resident of Bhopal. Last week I purchased a washing machine from Lotus Electronics Bhopal. I took it from your another store. It worked very good for one week. But after one week it had some faults in it. It stopped in the middle anytime. There was no power cut too. It doesn't works in the middle, sometimes it works and sometimes don't.

So, therefore I request you to either do something about this machine or replace it with a new one. I will be very grateful to you for this.
