1. Stability

O^+2 > O2 > O^- > O^-2 ( Stability directly proportional to bond order)

2. Bond length

O^-2 > O^- > O2 > O^+2 (Bond length inversely is to Bond order)

3. O^+2 & O^-2 = Diamagnetic (No unpaired electrons)

O2 & O^- = Paramagnetic (2 and 1 unpaired electrons respectively)
