Heading:Road accidents in India.

Objectives:Road accidents take place in big cities of India almost every day.Sometimes,these accidents prove to be fatal.The two main factors responsible for road accidents are heavy traffic on road and rash driving.Sometimes,pedestrians are also killed in these accidents.The careless drivers of buses,trucks are in habit of drinking.Under the effect of drinking they do rash driving.They drive very fast and do not follow the rules.The students also drive their motorcycles at rate speed.They try to overtake one another which cause these accidents.In India every year almost 1.6 Lakhs people lost their lives in road accidents.

List of Measures:The following measures should be taken avoid road accidents.St

(a).Strict enforcement of speed limit because 90% of accidents.

(b).One way traffic should be implemented and road should be Wident.

(c).Traffic light and zebra crossing should be there for crossing the roads.

(d).Heavy penalty should be taken from those who cross the speed limit.

(e).People should be told about the traffic rules through radio and television.
