given: dimensions 1.04m,0.54m,0.32m

To find: internal dimension and volume

solution:

1 . > so the internal dimensions of the box is-

1.04m=104 cm

0.54m=54 cm

0.32m=32  cm

now substract 2 cm thickness from each side , so side become

102 cm , 52 cm , 30 cm,

now multiple it =>    102 * 52 * 30 = 1,59,120 cm^3

now change into M, so 159120/100 M^3

so the dimension is 1591.2 M^3

2.> so the volume of the metal is to make the box are-

formula = height * length * breath

             =  1.04 * 0.54 * 0.32

              =0.179712 M^3

so our volume of metal is 0.179712 M^3

Step-by-step explanation:

Internal dimensions of the box is:

1m × 0.5m × 0.3m

Internal volume of box = 1 × 0.5 × 0.3 = 0.15 m³

External volume of box = 1.04 × 0.54 × 0.33 = 0.18m³

volume of the metal used = 0.03 m³
