The mass of flywheel = 20 kg
Radius= 20 cm
= 20/100m=1/5 m
The moment of inertia = 1/2MR^2=1/2×20×1/5
I = 0.4 kg−m^2
Angular acceleration = α=τ/I
= FR/I=25×15/0.4=12.5s^−2
