and economy with different fare structures and facilities. Ticket bookings are computerized and can be done through
agents or directly on phone or in person at the company’s booking offices. Booking can be postponed or cancelled.
Customers are offered choice of vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals during flight. The customers are allowed to carry
one piece of hand baggage of permitted size and weight. Excess weight baggage is charged separately.
Make suitable assumptions, whenever necessary. Now, perform the following (any two) for the above mentioned
specification of the system.
(a) Design the context level diagram and DFD at the 1 and 2 level.
(b) Develop a Software Requirement Specification (SRS).
(c) Identify various modules and their operations. Outline class diagram.
