Q- Answer the following questions:

a) Why does a frying pan become hot when kept on a flame?

b) Why does the above frying pan cools down when removed from the flame?


Please help me by providing medium sized answer for both the questions​

Because heat comes to pan through process of conduction and heat it up..

a)A frying pan becomes hot when kept on flame because it's a good conductor of heat .It conducts heat that makes the frying pan hot.

b)when it is removed from the flame there is no source of heat so it cools down
