Education is important in the preparation for leadership because education serves as one of the best way to built the “better us". Through education, we can learn on how to understand other people, through education we can know our weaknesses, strengths and develop them through wide leanings. We study certain topics that we will absolutely encounter when the right time comes for us to become leaders. By being educated, we can get more knowledge, better thoughts and wide understanding about our chosen field and about our people. Their demands, their expectations and even their impressions with regards to their leaders. "Education molds our characters”. It helps us to be more aware, more determine and more prepared person, a well-prepared person for a well-known job- "leader". Education contributes a lot of things to us and those things can serve as our weapon as we face the real challenge of being a good leader, things like experiences, failures, active participation and even the friendship that we have made between the people the surrounds us both in school and in our home.
