Q. Arun has two cars- one of white colour and another of red colour. He offers to sell one of his cars
to Basu thinking that he is selling the car which is white in colour. Basu agrees to buy the car
thinking that Arun is selling the car which is red in colour. Is there a valid contract between Arun &
Basu?​

There is a valid contract between them as they both ( one thinking to sell the white car and is thinking to buy the red car ) are engaged in a process od buying and selling , though they are not precise about the colour of the car . As Arun and Basu are in the contact of buying and selling the car.
