Atmospheric pressure on Earth's surface is about 100 kpa which is equivalent to 250 kg weight on our head.

This is because various parts of our body such as ears, nose, lungs and stomach also contain air which exerts pressure on the atmosphere which is equal to the atmospheric pressure. In this way, the atmospheric pressure and the air pressure present inside our body cancel each other.

Answer:
The pressure above sea level is ppaa100Kpa.
Explanation:
it is calculated that area of our head is 225cm² so, it is taken N/m². Which is 2250×100*100/225 which is 100,000 pascals. Which is100KPa. It is not felt because blood and other fluids also exert same pressure enough regulate the pressure outside the body.
