Countries' greatest resource is considered it's people because it's the country's citizens who develops a country . A developed country always contain skilled manpower. For example Japan is a country which have a minimal amount of natural resources but considered to be a developed country but on the other hand India a subcontinent size country with various natural resources is lagging behind of Japan , reason being lack of skilled manpower . As we all know educated people can make a society better same goes with country . A country is considered to be developed , developing and under developed by its citizens with various criterias . And properly skilled people can make a country better.
