1) A solid into a liquid means conversion of solid in to liquid like ice in to water.
2) A gas into liquid means conversion of Gas into liquid like water vapour in to water .

example of (ii) a drop of ink in a glass of water
example of (iii) first take a water with less amount of oxygen and keep it in vacuum , then take it out and after some time the level of oxygen will increase because oxygen diffuses from atmosphere into the water.
