Mixed Cropping :means growing of two or more crops in a single piece of land and this cropping is also known as multiple cropping.
- for example - wheat + mustard
Inter Cropping: the continuous growing of crops on the same piece of land.
- for example- chili with coffee

The practice of growing two or more crops simultaneously , on the same piece of land, is called Mixed cropping.
The process of growing two or more crops simultaneously on the same field in different rows in a definite patter is called Inter cropping.
