Rima considered that Malti was not smart enough because of the hair grooming. She did not even wish her good morning.
As a result, Rima evaluated that she is not good enough to be a teacher.
As per Rima, a person must be smart enough when they have manners and know how to make their hair groom perfectly and nicely.
