Report of Meeting on Construction of A New Auditorium
A meeting to discuss the construction of the auditorium was held in the Chairman’s office on December 2, 2017, at 11:30 a.m. The Chairman, the Principal, the coordinators, the Secretary and the builders, Affcons Builders, and the PA to the Chairman attended the meeting. Keeping in mind the schools importance in spreading education in the city and to provide healthy learning environment to students for the overall development of the personality of the students, and the need to provide the best, modern facilities the following decisions were taken:
1. A budget of rupees 25 lakh was approved by the Chairman for the construction.
2. Purchase of building material worth 4 lakhs from suppliers, was finalized.
4. It was decided that the auditorium would be equipped with all the modern and digital technology.
6. The proposal of constructing the auditorium had been mooted by the coordinator. He suggested constructing the auditorium would solve many problems of the school while organizing intra-school and inter-school programmes. He showed a power point presentation to all the members attending the meeting.
7. June 14, 2018 was kept as the construction completion deadline; and inauguration of the auditorium was finalized on July 2, 2018
All the members attending the meeting welcomed the decision and the construction plans.
