This question is from the chapter The Hundred Dresses by El Bsor Ester. This line was spoken by Peggy when she was talking to Maddie about after Miss Mason announced the names of winners of Arts Competition. Wanda Peteronsky had won the gold medal in girls’ category. She had submitted beautiful hundred drawings. Each one of them was worthy of winning the gold medal.
When Peggy saw the drawings, she was amazed and in admiration and praise of Wanda she said this line.
