4. Doctors advice to put the strips of wet clothes on the forehead of a patient having high fever.

1. The latend heat comes on the surface, and to make it's temperature equal to the room tempertaure quickly we blow air on it's surface for it's latend heat.
2. Because in winter humidity in low.
3. It is highly reactive.
4. So that the high temperature couldn't raise upto brain.
