Circumference = 22 \: cm \\ 2{\pi}r = 22 \: cm \\ r =  \frac{22 \: cm}{2\pi}  \\ r =  \frac{22 \: cm \times 7}{2 \times 22}  =  3.5 \: cm \\  \\ area \: of \: circle \:  = \pi {r}^{2}   \\  =  \frac{22}{7}  \times 3.5 \times 3.5 \\  = 38.5 \: {cm}^{3}
