a = bq + r
105 = 65 ×1 + 40
65 = 40 ×1 + 25
40 = 25 ×1 + 15
25 = 15 × 1 + 10
15 = 10 × 1 + 5
10 = 5 × 2 + 0. r =0
Therefore, HCF of 105 and 65 is 5.
Also,
65x - 117 = 5
65x =5+ 117
x = 122/65
x = 1.88 (approx)
