According to the figure,

∠BAC =50°

BCA = 65°

ABC=x°

________________________________

First let us calculate the value of x

\small\fbox{Sum\:of\:all\:angles\:in\:a\:traingle=180°}

65 + 50 + x = 180 \\  \\ 115 + x = 180 \\  \\ x = 180 - 115 \\  \\  x= 65

______________________________________

Now, let us calculate the value of y

\small\fbox{Sum\:of\:linear\:pair=180°}

∠ACD= y°

As its a linear pair, we need to subtract 65 ° from 180°

65 + y = 180 \\  \\ y = 180 - 65 \\  \\ y = 115

Hence the value of x is 65° and y is 115°

In triangle ABC
⦣A + ⦣B + ⦣C = 180 (Angle sum property)

50° + x + 65° = 180°
115° + x = 180°
x = 180° - 115°
x = 65°

y = 180° - 65° (Linear pair)
y = 115°
