GIVEN :-

20% of 250g

TO FIND :-

Weight

SOLUTION :-

Let the weight be "x"

So,

It is given that 20% of x is equal to 250 g.

So,

putting it in an equation we get :-

20/100*x =250 g

1/5 x=250

x = 250*5 g

= 1250 g

Converting it into Kilograms:-

= 1250/1000

= 1.25 kg

Hence,

The weight whose 20% is equal to 250 g is equal to 1 kg 250 g or 1250 g.
