1. When u hold a bag.
Ur muscular Force and the gravitational force equalize their effects and that keeps the bag from going in any one direction.
2. when 2 people push and pull a door from opposite forces .

Examples of two equal and opposite forces do not form an action - reaction pair :

1) When two teams are playing tug of war and both teams are applying exactly same amount of forces from two sides ,then the rope will stay stationary and no action will happen.

2) When we are lifting up a bag or bucket then we are applying an upward pull force and that upward pull force is neutralized by the same and oppositely directed gravitational force.
