If each angle is smaller or greater than 60 than sum is not 180. It is possible that each angle is 60 as 60+60+60=180

\huge \red{Reasons}

(a) Sum of all angles of triangle is 180°, if all angles of the triangle are greater than 60° their sum will be more than 180°.Thus it will not be able to form triangle with such angles.

(b)60°+60°60°=180°

So a triangle can have each angle equal to 60°.

(c)If the all angles are less than 60° their sum will also be lesser than 180°.That's why triangle cannot have each angle less than 60°.
